- Floor-to-ceiling windows for natural light, with privacy curtains to adjust light levels during presentations

- Support for setting up your presentation technology
- Water in room for facilitator and participants
- Snacks and refreshments during meeting breaks (catering details can be customized for your participants’ tastes)

Our Facilitator package includes all of the above, and:
- Use of the business lounge for preparation/staging of presentations
- Pick-up of participants materials from local copy/print centres before your meeting, to take one thing off your to-do list
- 1-hour on-site visit for facilitators to preview the site
