As I have said to you in the many conversations that we’ve had during my stay in Victoria, you run the most professional executive facility that I have ever encountered in the country. There is a “zen” to your place that makes people feel really good. I think that feeling is not just about the place and more about the energy and vision that you emanate in the centre.

I was absolutely satisfied with my experience at your centre. I can truly tell you that if I have an event in Victoria, I will definitely use your facility without any hesitation.

All of our Board Members LOVED your venue.

Comments included: how great the lighting was – how spacious the room was – great food – good location – temperature control – and how gracious the staff were, with a particularly big “THANK YOU” from one of our Board Members who forgot her phone at the venue and a staff member actually brought it to her at her hotel … she was VERY impressed. Special touches that were noted were things such as a greeter at the door, lemon in the water cooler, cloths in the ladies room and professionally attired staff. Kudos to you and your staff!

The Board and Executive have requested that we stop using other venues in Victoria and stick with you.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know how great your facilities were for our meeting. I had to instruct for the first half and then have interactive discussion for the second half. The LCD projector and the location of the all of the white boards allowed me great flexibility to run this meeting effectively. It is one of the best rooms I have used (being used to hotels whose rooms are not always conducive to teaching content (and yet they are very expensive!)

The food was great as was the service. I am copying CMA BC on this letter of recommendation and to add that this is a great facility and would recommend using it in future—it is perfectly designed for facilitating the Strategic Leadership Program Interactive Sessions.

I just had a debriefing meeting with the our team, including the two facilitators who went to Victoria earlier last month. I’m writing to let you know just how thrilled they were with your space, your hospitality and your overall approach to supporting them to be able to focus solely on their roles as facilitators. So often as facilitators of meetings or educational sessions, we have to play all of the roles from caterer, to IT expert, to room set up and clean up coordinator, to group host and of course, actual facilitators of the meeting or session at hand. They deeply appreciated your approach to taking the load off and helping them to focus on facilitation.

With the snow piling up on Monday I particularly appreciated your attempt to arrange a cab for me and when that turned out to be a 90 minute deal, you arranged for an associate to drive me to my hotel.
