Meares Street Room overlooking Pioneer Park
The Meares Street Room provides an open, inspiring setting for meetings of 16-50 participants.
Natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows floods into this 1140 sq.ft. space. There is a view of Pioneer Park from the Meares Street Room and its wraparound balcony. The fresh green view outside, combined with the individually-controlled heating/air-conditioning controls for the room, will keep your participants alert and focused.
The furniture configurations are very flexible, allowing for classroom or U-shaped large group areas with breakout spaces to accommodate a variety of activities.
Facilitators can easily connect their laptop to hookups for the overhead projector and sound system, through the built-in AV control panel. From the panel, presentations and sound can be used in live webcasts or high-quality recordings.
Wrap-around white boards give you copious space to get your participants engaged in brainstorming activities. There is a built-in cabinet holding 42″ rolls of paper for graphic facilitation, allowing you to better tap into your participants’ creativity and problem-solving skills.
