All of our food service has been carefully chosen and tasted by our Catering Manager, Carl Heinrich.
Our Caterer:
Truffles Catering has been in Victoria for over 18 years. Truffles is committed to using locally grown, or raised, products wherever possible. They take pride in the steps they have taken towards reducing waste, and conserving the environment. Truffles is Ocean Wise Certified, and is a member of the Island Chef's Collaborative.
Our Baking:
Mike, from Blue Bridge Bakehouse, has been operating quality bakeries in Victoria for over 10 years. Everything is made fresh daily, from scratch. Blue Bridge has taken steps to reduce unnecessary sugars and oils in all its products. We believe they produce the best quality muffins and baked goods in Victoria.
Coffee:
We serve regular and decaffeinated PERUVIAN SUNRISE medium roast Fair Trade Certified and Organic coffee.
Water:
We try to save the environment by avoiding the use of bottled water, we use filtered
water.
